AutoDecar – Terms and Conditions

1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of AutoDecar's online platform (the "Platform"), including all transactions conducted via the Buy Now option. By registering, purchasing, or accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms. AutoDecar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates effective immediately upon posting.

2 Platform Registration

• To purchase a vehicle, users must register an account and undergo identity verification by uploading a valid government-issued ID.
• AutoDecar may reject registrations from unverified users or those suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify AutoDecar immediately of unauthorized access.

3 Platform Access and Use

• The Platform is for personal/business use only; commercial scraping or automated tools are prohibited.
• Users must provide accurate information and refrain from misleading practices.
• AutoDecar may suspend accounts violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

4 Auctions and Offers

• AutoDecar operates a Buy Now system—purchases are binding upon clicking Buy Now and paying the invoice.
• Vehicles are sold as described, with no traditional bidding process. Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
• Fraud Prevention: AutoDecar reserves the right to block/cancel purchases from suspicious accounts or unpaid invoices.

5 Transport and Delivery of Vehicles & Documents

• AutoDecar arranges vehicle delivery to the buyer's specified UK address after full payment and contract signing.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or documentation delays.
• Vehicle documents (logbook, MOT, invoice) will be transferred to the buyer post-payment.

6 Vehicle Information

• All vehicles are listed with details from inspections (e.g., mileage, condition).
• While AutoDecar strives for accuracy, buyers are encouraged to review listings carefully before purchasing.
• Minor discrepancies (e.g., cosmetic wear) do not qualify for returns unless materially misrepresented.

7 Limited Warranty

• Vehicles are sold with a 15-day return guarantee if the buyer is dissatisfied (excludes buyer's remorse over minor issues).
• Returns must be requested via email, with the vehicle returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days post-inspection.

8 Conformity and Complaints

• Complaints regarding vehicle condition must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
• AutoDecar will investigate and offer resolutions (repair, replacement, or refund) for valid claims.

9 Liability

• AutoDecar is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of use) arising from vehicle purchases.
• Users agree to indemnify AutoDecar against claims from misuse of the Platform or breach of these terms.

10 Blocking and Cancellations

• AutoDecar may block users or cancel purchases for:
  • Suspicious/fraudulent activity.
  • Non-payment within the invoice deadline (typically 48 hours).
  • Violations of these Terms.

11 Invoicing and Payment

• Buyers receive an invoice immediately after selecting Buy Now.
• Payment is due in full via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer) within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
• Unpaid invoices result in order cancellation and potential account suspension.

By using AutoDecar's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
